Welcome to our children’s Meditation classes, a safe and nurturing space where children can come together in a supportive space to learn and strengthen their meditation practice. Our online program is specially designed to introduce children to the transformative power of meditation and mindfulness, providing them with essential tools for navigating life’s challenges with calmness and clarity.

Through playful activities, guided exercises, and mindfulness techniques, children develop focus, resilience, and emotional well-being.

The Children will learn the following:

  • Breathing Techniques: Through delightful games and exercises, we’ll teach the power of mindful breathing. Children will unlock the secret of finding peace and focus with each breath they take.
  • How to Begin a Meditation Practice: We’ll gently guide kids on how to start their meditation practice, making it enjoyable.
  • Meditate in Different Spaces: Our young explorers will learn how to meditate and find tranquillity, whether they are in their cozy bedrooms or outdoors.
  • Meditate in Silence: Children will embrace the serenity of silence as they connect with their inner world, discovering the beauty that lies within the stillness.
  • Connect with Themselves: The most important journey a child can take is the one that leads to self-discovery. We’ll show them how to form a loving bond with themselves, nurturing their self-esteem and inner confidence.

 

Classes are held via Zoom once a week for 15 minutes on Wednesdays at 7:00 pm EDT. Recommended for Children 4 +

These are the prices for the children’s Meditation. $5.00 per session
